Honey Chevre Dreams

My ultimate goal in life as stated in my The Queso Queen Facebook page:

"I'm not sure how it'll work yet, but my dream is to live in a big city with goats and an apiary and make chevre and honey and honey chevre and write about it."

It's true! When I wrote that many moons ago, I didn't even know that a thing called "honey chevre" existed. I hadn't really researched it, but I knew that people made recipes with honey and goat cheese, but not that they were ever made together.

However, in September, I was walking through Byerly's in Minneapolis with my friend Suzanne, looking for some cheese to sample and came across Stickney Hill Dairy's Honey Chevre.  I was so happy, I cried right there in the store!
