On Friday afternoon, in honor of the passing of Macho Man Randy Savage, there was a Slim Jim giveaway at work. I won a Slim Jim!
I decided to take that Slim Jim and make Macho Man Nachos.
The cheese I used is Redneck Cheddar - this Texas cheddar is washed with St. Arnold's Brown Ale which gives it a hoppy, lovely flavor. Slim Jims on nachos: unsurprisingly awesome!
