Our third cheese comes from the Indiana/Kentucky border: Capriole Farm's Old Kentucky Tomme. Old Kentucky Tomme is a goat cheese aged about 6 months, with a natural rind and a semi-firm, creamy center. This cheese's subtle mushroom notes make it a great cheese for eating for dinner.
