It's Super Bowl Sunday 2012: the New England Patriots play the New York Giants. With my new cheese slate, I decided to make a Super Bowl cheese board.
On my plate:
- Cabot Clothbound Cheddar (representing New England)
- Hudson Valley Camembert (representing New York)
- Fra'mani Salumi
- Cornichons
- Rosemary Italian wine biscuits
- and for a football - a Marcona almond
I almost didn't attempt this because I am a horrible artist. I don't have a printer so I couldn't trace the team's logos - so with a ruler and chalk, I just attempted it by hand. When I'm not rooting for a team, I wear my referee shirt on Super Bowl Sunday. The Queso Queen is neutral for Super Bowl XLVI as she hates both teams. Go Madonna!
